Information and Terms and Conditions of Participation
Application
Please ensure that all documents are received in due time. This includes the following:
- Completet Application Form
- CV (for scholarship applications)
- A photo for the festival pass
- Payment of the registration fee
- Links to videos or recordings
Important: Without meaningful recordings (videos), it is difficult for the professors to make a selection. You could place your videos as "private" on YouTube, so they are not publicly visible.

Decision on your participation not later than: 21. Juli 2023
Payment of course fees (active and passive participation):

Registration fee: € 120,00 (no refunds possible)
Course fee (active): € 300,00
Course fee (passive): € 100,00
Class „Rohrbau“ for participating oboists: free
Course fee Special Masterclass Violin: 160€
Course fee Special Masterclass Chamber Music: 80€
After paying for “passive participation”, music students and music lovers can participate passively at the Master Classes and thus follow each lesson during the days of the Classes. Registration and course fees have to be transferred to the account of the “Musical Days” (see below) in due time. Cancellation: if you cancel the course after August 1st, no refund is possible.
It is possible to apply for a scholarship. Please explain in an attachment to your application the reason why you apply for a scholarship. The number of scholarships is limited.
Important: If the Master Classes have to be cancelled because of the pandemic, application and course fees will be fully reimbursed.
Preparation for the courses
Each participant has to prepare two different pieces or two movements of one piece.
Schedules
Individual trainig: Each participant will receive one individual training unit per day given by his/her professor. The duration of this unit will be decided upon by the professor.
The schedules for your lessons are prepared by the Festival Office. These schedules are to be observed and can only be changed in exceptional cases and in consultation with the Festival Office.

Final concerts at the end of the courses
Each course will be terminated with an “final concert”. These concerts offer an opportunity for the participants to demonstrate their acquired knowledge to the public. The participants to perform in these concerts as well as the pieces to be performed are selected by their professors.

Grant of Rights
The Agency Faviola takes no responsibility for the the participants during the course days. Participants are encouraged to have travel and health insurance for the duration of the Master Classes. The Agency Faviola (Organiser of Seefeld Days of Music) will take photos, audio and video recordings during the entire time of the Master Classes. The students transfer all rights of use to the Agency Faviola, especially the right to use photographs and recordings for future promotional materials (flyers, postcards, website, posters, etc.).
