The Application Process

  1. Submit Application

    Submit your application using the online form. Include links to videos that demonstrate your playing and your list of prepared pieces so that the instructors and accompanists can prepare.

  2. Confirmation of Receipt

    After receiving your application, we will email you a confirmation of receipt with a summary of your application.

    If you do not receive a confirmation within the next hour, please check your spam folder and contact us at office@musiktage-festival.com.

    This acknowledgement does not confirm a place in the masterclass. We will notify you of acceptance or rejection in a separate email.

  3. Participation Confirmation

    Once the instructor has accepted you, you will receive a confirmation of participation via email. This will include information about participation and payment of course fees. In case you are not selected for participation, you will also receive a notification via email.

  4. Further Information

    In good time before the course starts, you will receive additional information about the location and schedule of your masterclasses via email.

  5. Participation

    On the first day of the course, please arrive independently at the course location at the time specified in the course documents.
